At The Health Center at Franklin Park our top priority is maintaining and sustaining the good health of the residents. In keeping with this commitment to wellness we designed a new rehabilitation therapy gym for residents. The newly remolded wing offers private rooms and caters specifically to residents with rehabilitation needs. In addition, our specially trained therapists use the latest techniques and treatments to manage and speed recovery, and whenever possible, return residents to their prior level of daily living.
The therapy staff is also trained to accommodate special needs of resident. Each resident has an individually designed treatment plan that is continually updated and modified to address their condition and progress. Whether we are treating acute conditions such as hip fractures and strokes or meeting the needs created by chronic conditions such as arthritis, obstructive pulmonary disease or cardiac conditions, our professionally trained staff is their to help.
All staff members in the community work directly with the Rehabilitation Team to ensure the highest quality of resident care. It is through the coordinated efforts of our professionally trained care teams we have found that resident’s recover and return to home, which is the goal of our program and our community.
