Mountain Vista Health Center has earned an outstanding reputation for our warmth and quality of care. Being in the same location since opening it’s doors in 1963, our staff takes pride in providing nurturing support and going the extra mile to create a “home-like” environment of comfort and care for each resident. Mountain Vista offers a full range of services from short stay rehabilitation therapies to long term skilled nursing care.
- Skilled Memory Care Neighborhood
Within Mountain Vista Health Neighborhood is our uniquely designed Memory Care that was added in 1994. Having two separate smaller neighborhoods with large resident rooms and tall ceilings adds to the ambiance of the unit. The staff truly knows how to interact with residents and family members dealing with Alzheimer’s or Dementia. - Rehabilitation Services
Mountain Vista, in partnership with Rehab Care, Inc has been providing comprehensive rehabilitation programs to new and existing residents for over 40 years. Whether it’s physical, speech or occupational therapy, all of our rehab programs have one goal in mind: to get you back to your home as quickly as possible.
