Our 9-bed transitional care unit is conveniently situated on our first floor and offers all private rooms, comfortable living and dining areas, and comprehensive rehabilitative services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Whatever your circumstances, our transitional care team will work closely with you, your family and your physician to develop a short-term, transitional care plan that will get you stronger—and get you home—as quickly as possible.
