Welcome to Trail Ridge Retirement Community in Sioux Falls, SD.  Trail Ridge is an American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community.

Sioux Falls is the largest city in South Dakota and has become a regional destination for shopping, medical services and retirement living.  Even with the huge growth, Sioux Falls has been able to keep the small town feel, with kind and caring residents.  Trail Ridge has also been able to keep that kind and caring atmosphere.

Trail Ridge is a senior living community located on 18 acres in southern Sioux Falls.  We are located very close to the Empire Mall, the largest shopping center in South Dakota.  We also have many banks, car dealerships, restaurants, and medical facilities very close to our campus.

Trail Ridge has recently strengthened our commitment to wellness.  We have a full time wellness director that has scheduled over 20 different classed during the week for our residents.  Another highlight at Trail Ridge is our dining experience.  We offer waitressed service in our dining room and there are over 20 different entrée choices every week.
